Danbury Ice Arena adds axe-throwing lounge

A new form of entertainment has arrived at the Danbury Ice Arena on Independence Way.
The arena opened a new axe-throwing lounge, just in time for the Danbury Hat Tricks hockey team’s season opener Friday night.
“We are thrilled to finally open our Axe Tricks Lounge, a project delayed because of the pandemic,” said Bill Diamond, CEO of the Diamond Hospitality Group — a subsidiary of Diamond Properties, which owns the Danbury Ice Arena.
