Danbury Arena has youth hockey programs all year round for young skaters who want to learn how to play hockey. Hockey Development Classes teach hockey skills in small classes that are divided by age and ability. Classes are affordable, at convenient times and are taught by our professional hockey coaching staff. Check out the latest line up of classes. Goalie specific drills and skill drills for players. 60 minutes of drills and 30 minutes for small games.
Travel hockey experience
1 hour clinics that work on power skating, game like zone battle, stickhandling and shooting drills all of which incorporate proper body coordination.

Participants will learn the basic game and team concepts, plus, they will build important characteristics on and off the ice: teamwork, responsibility, and respect. Twice a week, for 10 weeks, your child will have the opportunity to play cross ice games led by Rangers staff. It is a fun way to meet new teammates and play some hockey!
