Danbury Arena offers hockey leagues, tournaments and clinics all year around for every age and ability. From cross Ice Leagues to the Danbury House League we have leagues for every skill level. Check out all of our leagues below!

Mite Cross-ice Development League

This takes the skills developed in learn to skate and learn to play hockey and puts them to use. We also develop those advanced skating skills and add team concepts to our practices

House 14U League

This league is meant for lower skilled hockey players, who are looking to continue their development in a game orientated atmosphere.

GIRLS REC LEAGUE

Fall Session: 10/14 - 12/20
Wednesday Practices from 6:50 P.M. - 7:50 P.M.
Sunday Games from 10:10 A.M. - 11:10 A.M.

Join us for the Junior Rangers Girls Hockey League, a program that is built specifically for middle school girls (ages 11-14). This year will also introduce a feeder program for girls 10 and Under featuring the same format with the addition of age-appropriate cross-ice game play. The new league is designed to encourage participation in the sport with a focus on increasing access and visibility while developing important life skills. Led by a female staff, the program will begin in early October at 10 plus community ice rinks across the Tri-State Area. The schedule will include a game and a skills session each week and conclude with a league-wide jamboree at the end of the season.

Your program fee includes:
  • 10 Games & 10 Skills Sessions
  • Appearances from World Class Women's Hockey Players
  • Junior Rangers Girls Hockey League Jersey
  • End-of-Season League-Wide Jamboree
  • Access to special experiences & offers
ROOKIE LEAGUE

Winter Session Begins: 11/23
Participants will learn the basic game and team concepts, plus, they will build important characteristics on and off the ice: teamwork, responsibility, and respect. Twice a week, for 10 weeks, your child will have the opportunity to play games led by Rangers staff. It is a fun way to meet new teammates and play some hockey! At the end of the season, we will celebrate everyone's accomplishments by hosting a Junior Rangers Jamboree for all of the players in the league.

Your program fee includes:
  • 1 game plus 1 practice a week per season
  • No long distance travel as all games are hosted at your local rink
  • Junior Rangers jersey
  • Celebratory Junior Rangers Jamboree at the end of the season

Girls Rec League

Rookie League

Fall session

Monday 5:30 P.M. practice

Play the Game!
